Parth Arora is an experienced Chief Operating Officer, who brings over 25 years of expertise in the film and television industry. With a strong strategic vision, he has effectively managed numerous projects from inception to completion, ensuring the alignment of talent and resources within strict timelines and budgets. Formerly at Netflix, he oversaw successful series like “The Fame Game” and films such as “Serious Men.“ His tenure at Fox Star Studios yielded box-office hits and acclaimed projects like “Bang Bang” and “Neerja.” With a background spanning from assistant director roles to producing independent feature films, Parth has honed his skills at companies like Dharma Productions and White Feather Films. A graduate of Delhi University and the International Film & Television Workshops, Parth brings a blend of industry knowledge and storytelling prowess to The Salt Inc.

A seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in sales and business development, Rahul brings a genuine warmth and equanimity to every conversation. His love for food and heavy riffs brings that burst of flavour.

A proficient visualiser and ideator with over 17 years across print, identity, and web design, Somnath is as much of a marathoner at work as he is on the streets. His patience, tenacity and drive for learning will leave most art directors trailing behind.
